TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All price exclusive on delivery and shipping. For all orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required and the balance prior to despatch. For overseas orders pro-forma payment is required. Any damage must be notified with in 24 hours of receipt of the goods with photographic proof.

RETURN POLICY

All purchases must be returned within 28 days in order to receive an exchange or credit note. Please not that goods must be returned in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Credits notes are valid for six months.

HOME DELIVERY

We can arrange delivery if the customer does not wish to. Costs must be covered by the customer. As we have no storage facility we strongly recommend that goods are collected within 5 working day of purchase. Once purchased goods are left on the Valerie Wade premises at the owner's risk and storage will be charged after one week.
